You will get to paddle in one of our adventure one- or two person kayaks. Lake Arenal (Lago Arenal) is the biggest lake in Costa Rica, situated in the northern region of the country very close to the town of La Fortuna and the Arenal Volcano. This man-made lake not only provides the country with a massive amount of hydroelectric power, but is also a beautiful place for water sports, recreation and wildlife sightings. Experience Costa Rica’s abundant native flora and fauna while learning and/or using basic kayaking techniques on this Arenal Lake exploration kayak tour. Cruise from island to island while enjoying incredible views of the Arenal Volcano and keep an eye out for anhingas, flycatchers, kingfishers and howler monkeys that you might spot on the shores.
