According to some, South Africa’s Methode Cap Classique is even more delicious than traditional French champagne… This tasting experience will let you decide for yourself with no less than four different MCC tastings at various historic estates around Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. In between sips, you’ll learn about the history of the sparkling wine, how its produced and its unique South African context, as well as marvelling at the breathtakingly beautiful vistas of the Cape Winelands.
