We left the Lodge in our helicopter with the guide. The flight takes 30 minutes to the Ventisquero River, a tributary of the Puelo River. The river has a path that runs 10 kilometers following the northwest bank, passing through a native forest, with many coihues, ulmos and myrtle trees. The trail crosses shallow streams on our way and runs along the banks of the Puelo, allowing us to admire the turquoise sedimentary waters of the Toro glacier. The trail is almost flat and pleasant. Downstream we can continue, if you wish, to the banks of the Puelo River for another 10 kilometers. The helicopter will be waiting for us at the end with a healthy snack on site.
